How to add custom and required questions to the Bookings page?

I want to add custom and required questions to the Bookings page. I searched and found this page https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/microsoft-365/bookings/add-questions?view=o365-worldwide which is simple and straightforward. However, when I follow the directions given I see something different and it won't allow me to add Phone Number, Customer Addressm Customer notes. I also can't see the option for the custom fields.

I am currently limited to only publish calendars to our Organization. Could this be a restriction set up by our IT?

    Hello,

    Your IT needs to make an adjustment:

    1. Go to Admin (https://admin.microsoft.com)
    2. Org Settings
    3. Bookings
    4. Check whether the field "Creation of custom from fields" is restricted.
