This problem has become a big issue. Many Windows users have tried to install a desktop version of the Windows 2016 server or higher but installed the core edition by mistake. But, once they're in the core edition, how can we try to install the desktop version in this situation? What command you should use to help you to open up the Windows setup? Please share your opinions on a solution to this problem.

Well it's the same answer. There's nothing to be done within windows. You cannot convert a core install of Server 2016 to gui. You must clean install it by booting from the installation media, then choose one of the Desktop Experience options.

Here's one of the solutions. You cannot do anything in core since they remove that feature. You need to clean the install by installation media, then choose one of the Desktop Experience options as Dave said. But, you might ask how? First, download the installation media from Microsoft into your USB. Second follow this step https://answers.microsoft.com/en-us/windows/forum/all/how-to-clean-install-windows-10-on-a-pc-step-by/854fd140-385f-452c-ad52-548f2acb0d0a. Third choose your Windows. But there is a way to open up the install media by using PowerShell if you still struggle.
Let me know if you have other ideas to solve this problem. If not then I might share my opinion that I have successfully solved this problem but violence the Microsoft Q&A by unknow.
