customization of shortcuts in Outlook

For some reason Microsoft has chosen to swap the most used keyboard shortcuts in their Danish version.

This is really a nuisance for the users, In all other softwares Ctrl F is Find, and Ctrl-B is Bold, in the Danish version of office it Ctrl B is find (There is not Danish word for search/find starting with B!) and Ctrl F is Bold, making your life very unproductive, as a danish user, siunce you have to stop up everytim you use a keyboard short-cut and consider, what software, am I using, and what is the Danish version of find. Earlier it was possible to buy an English version of the office package, but Microsoft has virtually eliminated that possibility for us Danes, making support issues considerably more difficult.

In MS Word you may personalise the shortcuts, but in Outlook, I have not found that possibility, actually people are complaining, that it was removed in 2016.

    Hi @Ole Quistgaard ,

As far as I know it is not possible to customize shortcuts in Outlook, they discussed this similar topic over at an older TechNet forum thread over here:

    Hi @Ole Quistgaard ,

In MS Word you may personalise the shortcuts, but in Outlook, I have not found that possibility

As Leon mentioned, it's not available to add custom keyboard shortcut in Outlook, due to Outlook has a lot more functionality than just creating emails, it is more complex than Word, each Form/Inspector in Outlook have their own set of features and buttons (new mail, received mail, contact, appointment, meeting, etc...).

So, for your need, it's suggested to kindly vote in our Uservoice, which may increase the priority for our engineers to create a possible option or feature that can be included in the future updates of the program.

Hope this could be helpful to you.
