How do I request my IP addresses are whitelisted to get around the current mail delivery issues that currently exist when sending to MS 365 / outlook accounts?

There is an ongoing problem that is affecting users globally that you are working on, relating to mail delivery to Office 365 mail servers. I understand it is possible to fix this by requesting the whitelisting of the sending mail server IPs. I wish to submit our IPs for that purpose:

82.196.237.241
82.196.237.242
Outlook | Windows | Classic Outlook for Windows | For business
Microsoft 365 and Office | Install, redeem, activate | For business | Windows

Open a support case, refer to the ongoing issue and provide the IPs therein.
