How do I color-code email messages base on conditions in Mac OS? I have seen a lot of videos and documentation on doing it on Windows but not in Mac OS. Help is appreciated!

    Hi @CharlieLor ,

so that option I'm looking for is NOT available in the Mac version then, correct?

Yes. It's currently not available in Outlook for Mac. Below is a similar feature request posted in the official feedback portal for Outlook. Let's add votes there and hopefully this can be realized in the future.

Hi, I hope I can help you with this question. Conditional Formatting (feature to color-code email) is currently only available for Outlook for Windows. To color-code your emails you can categorize or flag your emails. If the reply was helpful, please don’t forget to upvote or accept it as an answer, thank you.

Using Outlook for Mac OS, Version 16.89, several months ago I was able to mark a message in a list of emails with a yellow highlight. The background of a whole row, with Subject and Date, now have a yellow background color. How did I do that? I can no longer figure out the method. Outlook is one of the most user-UNfriendly chaotic rigamaroles I've ever wrestled with.
