I'm not sure what security freak thought this was a brilliant idea but it has finally gotten too annoying to accept. I now have to put in my password every time I connect to a Remote Desktop session on any of my servers, which I am doing all the time. Then, to top it off, there is nowhere I can find to just turn this "feature" off.
Has anybody been successful in making this go away?

Try setting this one to Disabled

There may be a domain policy overriding. You can also try adding / editing the credentials within the RDP file (open with notepad) but it's likely to have no effect. May need to ask for the systems admin for assistance.

Yeah, but this is my personal computer at home, connecting to the servers over VPN but not a domain member. The system I use at work, when in the office, does not have this problem and is a member of the domain. Also, I am the domain admin and have never created a GPO that would have an effect of this type. To that point I have not created a new GPO in over a year. I really think it has to do with my running the 11 enterprise. That is the only difference between the one with the issue and the one in the office.
What I do is save RDP shortcuts on my desktop for each of them.

Yeah I do too. That's the issue. It won't save passwords anymore. I discovered this when I clicked on one of my often used shortcuts and it prompted me for the password. After looking around it looks like they did this to 11 Enterprise some time ago, then did it to Pro. Seems there is a significant number of people upset about it.
