Hi All,

I activated my Azure subscription using the GitHub developer pack, I used it for a very limited time to create a Function App in Azure as I was completing a lab in Microsoft Learn. Upon completion, I deleted it and also deleted the resource group as it was mentioned on the summary page so that my subscription doesn't incur any charges. I went to create another app again but this time I got an error that I can't create it as this subscription can't be used to purchase paid marketplace offers.

It also states in the subscription description that Azure Functions is Free to use in this subscription. Find the attached screenshots for further reference.

Thanks.

I have also checked by creating other resource such as ML workspace.User's image

I would agree @Emad Adnan . It appears from your screenshot that you can't even choose the free consumption plan before getting this error message prompt.

The best course of action is to create an Azure Billing support request. A support engineer can work directly with you and determine why the offering isn't allowing you to create an Azure Function. You can create an Azure Billing support request by following these steps: ...

    1. Sign into the Azure portal.
    2. Search for "Help + support" in the search bar.
    3. Select "Help + support" from the search results.
    4. Select "New support request".
    5. Select "Billing" as the issue type.
    6. Fill out the required information and submit the request.
