Windows 10 Pro Remote Desktop connection: the logon attempt failed

How do I find out the username and password when the windows security ask me to enter? Any methods to disable it without entering credentials? I checked my windows credentials where it has no credentials. I sign in my both pc with my microsoft emails. I have tried my desktop and laptop username and password. I have my allow remote connections to this computer on.

    Try to create a new local account to check if you can connect.

    Control Panel > Credential Manager > Go to Manage Your Credentials interface > Click Windows Credentials > Add Windows Credentials > Add Username and Password > OK
