how to prepare a device for Windows Autopilot white glove

Hi,

Hardware Hash file to be imported in Intune to perform Windows Autopilot Device.

Is Hardware Hash file to be imported in Intune to prepare a device for Windows Autopilot white glove?
Is device need to be reset to perform the device for Windows Autopilot white glove?
How does the below screen appears? [is it because of hardware id imported]

    1. Yes hardware hash needs to be imported, and an Autopilot profile needs to be assigned with White Glove enabled
    2. Yes, it needs to be at the OOBE then you press the Windows key five times

    Also, please note that The Windows Autopilot white glove feature has been renamed to Windows Autopilot for pre-provisioned deployment. All references in this documentation to white glove have been replaced with: pre-provisioning.
