@kingofthewestroam Yes. After painful deep diving, we discovered the culprit of our Outlook Crashing was a shared calendar that was being shared via SharePoint. The shared calendar had become corrupt somehow; possibly by a Microsoft update. By deleting/removing the shared office calendar from Outlook, everything started to function normally again with no freezing or crashing. After the issue was resolved, the Teams add-in for Outlook was missing and we did have to reinstall/turn on the Teams add-in. If you have the same issue, follow these steps for Teams add-in: https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/topic/can-t-create-a-teams-meeting-in-outlook-because-the-teams-meeting-add-in-has-become-disabled-5640438b-e233-4921-9237-5bbfff7f9509
Worst case scenario, uninstall and reinstall Teams, which should reinstall the Outlook Add-In.
Note: Our shared SharePoint calendar could not be resolved or fixed, so we ended up having to create a new SharePoint calendar from scratch, and relink it to outlook. But the new calendar can also be linked to a Teams group, so it is visible in Teams. So it all worked out. We have had no issues after creating and linking the new shared calendar. We suspect the previous shared calendar was created in an older version and was no longer compatible with the current updates to outlook.
