I have constructed my Logic App to receive emails from users and convert HTML format to text. However, there seems to be an issue with the way the HTML is converted to text when the email is initially received. Strangely, when I resend the same email, the issue is resolved, and the text format appears correctly. To gather more details, please review the following information.

Thanks for reaching out. Can you please confirm if you are using Html to text action of the Content Conversion? There is a known limitation that is documented in the Known Issues and Limitations section. Please validate if this is not the case and you observe any of the documented limitation.
Thanks for your reply. The issue arises when we receive an email from the vendor, and that's when the problem starts. The logic app doesn't work correctly. I've noticed that for some reason, all the new lines in the email coming from the vendor are being ignored, and the logic app considers there is no new line. Interestingly, the same email, when I resend it from my email address, arrives without any issue.

@Ranya Hassan - MS Cloud - IO HWAN It would be great if you could share the sample input text that your vendor is sending in the email. You can always validate the run history to verify what is the actual input that your trigger receives and what input is passed to your action.
Please make sure that you are passing the Body Preview property and not body property as both would have different values.
I have tested the same at my end and I couldn't observe any issue and it validates as per the know limitation issues and limitation documented here.

using Body Preview is not fix the issue:
Using Body and resending the email, the logic app is working correctly.

When I use the 'Body' field within Logic App, it seems to ignore new lines, as you can see:
