Reddit reported this 5 hours ago, the work around is to change html formatting to text. OR to zip the pdf and send, then it works. I hope Microsoft is looking into this glitch.

Using Hotmail (Outlook online).
When I send emails with a PDF attachment I get a "Your message wasn't delivered because the recipient's email provider rejected it." message back.
I have tried sending different PDFs to different recipients and all bounce back with the above error message.
I have tried to send them from a business email address and they work fine.
Other attachments send fine. This is only happening when I try to send PDF's
This is not limited to one recipient.
This is not effecting other file types.
This is not file size related.

They all returned back saying recipient's email provider rejected it. The problem /glitch started today. It is on Outlook side and should be fixed asap.
