Reddit reported this 5 hours ago, the work around is to change html formatting to text. OR to zip the pdf and send, then it works. I hope Microsoft is looking into this glitch.
Using Hotmail (Outlook online). When I send emails with a PDF attachment i get a "Your message wasn't delivered because the recipient's email provider rejected it." message.

When I send emails with a PDF attachment I get a "Your message wasn't delivered because the recipient's email provider rejected it." message back.
I have tried sending different PDFs to different recipients and all bounce back with the above error message.
I have tried to send them from a business email address and they work fine.
Other attachments send fine. This is only happening when I try to send PDF's
This is not limited to one recipient.
This is not effecting other file types.
This is not file size related.

I tried with my Gmail account and it worked fine.
