Does my whole company need Teams premium or just me if I want to use it for webinars

I want to be able to change the automated emails. It says online that I need teams premium for this. Do all my speakers and participants need premium or just the organisator?

    According to the Microsoft support document, only the organizer of a Teams webinar needs to have a Teams Premium license to access the advanced features, such as customizing the automated emails. The speakers and participants do not need to have Teams Premium licenses to join the webinar. However, if the organizer has a Teams Premium license, some features will be extended to all webinar attendees, such as live translation of captions and advanced meeting protection.
