Does a windows 11 recovery disk exist. To recover a pc from advanced options from when booting up by pressing F2, (F5 F12 ?).

    what software should be installed onto the usb to reload recover missing operating system operating system files like windows 10 operating system from usb from advanced options blue screen and keep all personal data files

    when i can't do a recover, uninstall quality update, uninstall feature update, and when automatic repair, everything else fails except (use a device) option.20231120_203113

    With the windows 10 recover usb with windows 10 operating system on it when booting from  advanced options on use a device will it then boot up back normally to main screen? Or will it let me choose to keep personal files, or will i just completely lose all personal files and it will completely reinstall Windows from scratch and lose personal files automatically
