- Ensure that the hardware hash of those devices is uploaded to Intune.
- Verify whether the Autopilot profile is targeting the hardware hash or serial number. In the Intune admin center, navigate to Devices > Enroll Devices > Windows Enrollment > Devices. Click on the specific device, and on the right-hand side, under Assigned Profile, check if the Autopilot profile is correctly assigned to the device.
- Ensure that in the Self Deployment Profile "Join to Microsoft Entra ID as" is set to "Microsoft Entra Joined".
