Unable to sync orders from BigCommerce to Intelligent Order Management in Dynamics 365

Hi,

I have followed https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/dynamics365/intelligent-order-management/run-sample-order-bigcommerce and successfully setup and connect BigCommerce provider trial account with Intelligent Order Management in Dynamics 365 but the created orders are not displayed in Sales order under Intelligent Order Management.
