Has anyone experienced issue where OS drive runs out of disk space completely?

noticed an xcloud service running and 3 large files(20 - 30 GB) with numerical extensions that were not there previously. NOTE: VMs were built from Azure templates

    You may be able to use Procmon to figure out the process responsible for the file creation.
