@Anonymous , you can change the Directory tenant in the Azure Portal, see Change directory tenants with your individual VSS Azure subscriptions | Microsoft Learn. Before doing so, you'll need to have an active account with the necessary permissions to access and change directory tenants.

To move a Visual Studio Enterprise Subscription from one Azure tenant to another, you need to follow these steps:
- Export Current Subscription Assignments:
- Sign in to the Visual Studio Subscriptions administration portal.
- Select the 'Export' tab to download a CSV file of your current subscription assignments, including subscriber names, email addresses, subscription levels, and more.
Prepare the Subscription List for the New Agreement:
- Open the exported subscription list and transfer the necessary data to a template designed for uploading to the new agreement. This involves selecting relevant fields from the exported list and copying them to the upload template.
- Download the Excel template from the admin portal and prepare it with your subscription data.
Upload the Subscription List to the New Agreement:
- In the admin portal, use the 'Upload multiple subscribers' dialog to upload your prepared subscription list.
- After uploading, you will receive a confirmation message indicating the successful migration of your subscribers from the old agreement to the new one.
- Once the subscribers are added to the new agreement, it’s recommended to remove them from the old agreement to prevent them from receiving notifications about their old subscriptions.
It’s important to note that when subscribers are moved to a new agreement, they will receive a new subscription GUID, and their benefits are reset. Additionally, if they were using Azure individual credits, they need to activate a new subscription and transfer their Azure assets to it.
