Unable to find the menu item 'Certifications' under my profile settings, cannot download certificate now

November 29th I passed my AZ-900 Exam and I am trying to download the certificate from me | Microsoft Learn in the Certification menu item.

The problem is, it has now been more than 48 hours and I am still unable to find the menu item Certifications under my profile settings.
My email address is correctly linked and I am able to see my certificate achievement in the Activity menu item, however, Certifications, the item where you download the actual certificate in PDF format is missing.

I hope you can help me, my employer needs the certificate for my career path.

Microsoft Certification / Exams / Learn is currently not supported in the Q&A forums.

Login to your certification dashboard:

https://www.microsoft.com/learning/members/en/us/mcp/mcp-default.aspx

then go to credentials>certification.

there is a list of exams, under each exam passed there is a link

View details on provider site

this takes you to the pearsonvue site.

on the right you will find a link with view score reports, click on it and you will find all the exams with score reports to download.

Hi, thanks for the help, this is the score report, it's not the actual Certificate.
I think I found a work around however.
Above the Past Exams, there is Certifications. If I click "View certifications details", I get to see the actual Certificate as I expected. It is not possible to download it there either however, so I had to choose Print to PDF and select A5 as the paper format.
I now kind of have what I needed. Thanks again, I hope this is helpful to others.

Suffices to say that all the websites where it is explained that you need to go to my learning profile and then select Certifications from the left menu items are wrong.
The right path would be:
Go to your My Learning page, under your avatar choose your Profile, from the menu that now appears on the left, go to Credentials. On the middle of the page you now see tow tabs, Applied Skills and Certifications.
THIS is the certifications you need to choose.
Under that Certifications tab, choose the "View certification details" under the certificate of your interest, that will open up the certificate graphic. Since there is no download, choose print to PDF to obtain your certificate.
