Unable to save transcript in pdf file from learn.microsoft

Hi,

Myself and many of my other friends are facing a issue in saving the microsoft exam transcipt in pdf form from learn.microsoft. Instead of pdf form it is getting downloaded as "unconfirmed.crdownload" and we are unable to open that file.

Kindly help in resolving the same.
