Hi,

I have a formatting question (json formatting code?)

Using sharepoint online.
In a list.
When editing a list item that has a rich text field.
By default, a "See more" is available to allow the end user to expand the field.

I would like to hide the see more/expand the rich text field by default in this view.
I was unable to figure this out.

Can this be done? (How can I learn what can be done using the JSON formatting?)

    Hi @Jochen ,

Unfortunately, according to this Microsoft article, Multi-Line Text column with enhanced rich text does not support the use of Json column formatting.

So,we cannot hide the "see more"option or expand the rich text field by default in the view using the JSON formatting.
