Instalé LAPS y no me creó la plantilla administrativa LAPS

Vamos a implementar LAPS, dentro del procedimiento está el paso de instalar el LAPS en un controlador de dominio y esto creará plantilla administrativa LAPS, pero no la crea, pero si crea el archivo AdmPwd.admx en la ruta C:\Windows\PolicyDefinitions. Lo hemos hecho en Windows Server 2012 R2 y Windows Server 2019

Cómo lo puedo solucionar ?

    Hi Arvey Betancur,

    Thank you for posting in Q&A forum.

    It seems that you have installed LAPS on a domain controller, but the LAPS administrative template was not created. However, the AdmPwd.admx file was created in the path C:\Windows\PolicyDefinitions.

    Did you retrieve the ADMX and ADML from local computer or Central Strore? If it is Central Strore,

    You can try copying the AdmPwd.admx file from the C:\Windows\PolicyDefinitions folder to the central store location at \domain\SYSVOL\domain\Policies\PolicyDefinitions.

     

    By the way, did you deploy Windows LAPS or Microsoft LAPS?
