Regularly I get this splash screen after turning on my laptop. It say let's finish setting up your pc, or remind me later in 3 days.I have already skipped this through by saying I do not want the windows office 365, but few weeks later it come back and remind me again. Is there a setting or registry edit to turn this off permanent ?

    Try these steps:

    1. Run regedit command to open Registry Editor.
    2. In left pane of Registry Editor window, go to HKEY_CURRENT_USER\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\UserProfileEngagement.
    3. Double click and set ScoobeSystemSettingEnabled to 0.

PS. If you're new to registry, create a System Restore point before above steps.

In the Settings app, click on the "System" then select "Notifications" from the sub-categories.

Under the "Notifications & actions" section, uncheck the box next to "Suggest ways I can finish setting up my device to get the most out of Windows." This will disable the "Let's Finish Setting Up Your PC" prompt.

On the Notifications page, I scrolled all the way down to the bottom and saw an Additional Settings option. When I clicked on that, I saw the boxes to uncheck to stop the notifications.

And OF COURSE none of this works. Typical MS B.S.!! Find a way to stop them annoying you, and they remove it.
