I use databricks app for scim tests.
I created in Azure AD a group with 100K members. When I try to provision this group ( with it's members ) using SCIM, the initial cycle provisions only about half of the members ( ~60K) and not all of 100K.
Should I expect that the rest of members will be provisioned in later cycles?

Hi @Evgeniy Git , there is no known limits for the number of users that can initially be provisioned. Have you reviewed the Provisioning logs and looked for any errors?
+1 to what Alfredo said. There's no defined limit for number of users/groups, and 100K members in a group is definitely possible. If you're only seeing a portion of them provisioned, as Alfredo suggested, check for any logs surrounding missing users to see if you can find a reason why they weren't provisioned. Also keep in mind that nested group memberships are not supported.
@Evgeniy Git If you're unable to find anything in the audit/provisioning logs that leads you to an answer on why these users aren't being provisioned, please open a support case via portal.azure.com - this issue may be more complex than Microsoft Q&A can handle in that case.
