We send our readme emails from Mailchimp, to take advantage of the reporting people need to download the images so that it tells Mailchimp that it was opened, but it seems like quite a few people don't do this. How can I set Exchange Online to allow automatic downloads of images from a specific email address for all users? Mailchimp is set to send from our domain e.g. ******@yourdomain.com like it is spoofed.

    To allow emails to automatically download images in Exchange, you can follow these steps:

    1. Open Outlook and go to the “File” tab.
    2. Click on “Options” and select “Trust Center”.
    3. Click on “Trust Center Settings”.
    4. Under “Microsoft Outlook Trust Center”, uncheck the “Don’t download pictures automatically in HTML e-mail messages or RSS items” checkbox.
    5. Click “OK” to save the changes.

    If you want to download images from a trusted source, you can add the sender or domain to your Safe Senders list.

    To do this, right-click on the email message and select “Add Sender to Safe Senders List” or “Add the Domain [domain name] to Safe Senders list.”

    @Anonymous ,

    Welcome to post our Q&A forum!

    To allow automatic downloads of images from a specific email address in Exchange Online, you can add the email address to the Safe Senders List.

    Please note that adding an email address to the Safe Senders List will allow all images from that email address to be downloaded automatically. If you want to download images from a specific email but not all emails from that address, you can add the email address to the Blocked Senders List and then remove it from the list. This will allow images from that email to be downloaded automatically while still blocking other emails from the same address.

    I hope this helps! Let me know if you have any other questions.
