Ayuda para reestablecer o desligar mi cuenta con authenticator

Hola! He estado tratando de resetear la app de authenticator debido a que no puedo entrar a https://partner.microsoft.com/en-us/dashboard tampoco me deja a través de la opción https://myaccount.microsoft.com/security-info cada vez que intento me sigue pidiendo código numérico y no puedo hacerlo desde la app directamente. Me apoyan, por favor??

    My answer will be in English because we are in English forum.

    I think that you should ask your administrator with Global admin account to reset your Entra ID account and let you re-register MFA through Microsoft Authenticator on your phone as mentioned in the screenshot below:
