    Hi @Francis

You can switch back whenever you want, just switch the toggle off in the new Outlook and it will automatically open the classic version. More information, see:

Getting started with the new Outlook for Windows - Microsoft Support.

You should still be able to find its shortcut in Start (and wherever else you might have had it before), but if not you will see outlook.exe in one of these places (may vary slightly depending on edition), so if necessary, make a new shortcut:

    C:\Program Files\Microsoft Office\root\Office16

    or here:

    C:\Program Files (x86)\Microsoft Office\root\Office16

    New Outlook for MAC:

At any time, you can switch back by launching Outlook, then click on the Help menu and select Revert to Legacy Outlook.

    Hope this helps!

Exactly! My outlook has no toggle either
If they can't provide a way back to the previous version, I'm switching email clients. If I'm going to have to start from scratch and learn a new email system, it won't be this piece of crap. I've put up with your garbage too long. My outlook address, which I've had for decades, now MAKES ME SIGN IN EVERY SINGLE EFFING TIME!

Opening Outlook in safe mode (Hold Shift key while clicking Outlook icon) will do the magic.

Remove Office365 from control panel and re-install. That's what I did and do not have any problem. went back to the older version. The newer version outlook is pretty confusing and the way it looks... specially looking for options and commands it's nowhere to find unless watching a YouTube video or googling it.
