give a azure for students subscription

Hello, please help me with my problem. I live in Russia, and I’m gonna give an azure for students subscription. But when l did the registration process, l had an error “You don’t have a right to receive azure for students subscribe”. My academic status was confirmed.

    If you have confirmed your Azure student status but your subscription does not work, you can try the following steps:

    Click on account settings

    In "All accounts" section, "Remove" all your accounts

    In "Personalization Account", Sign out(Not mandatory)

    Re-enter your credentialsNow your subscriptions should appear. If this does not work, you can file a subscription support request to Azure subscription management team.

    Alternatively, you can try online repair for the application that you had the error.

    If you are unable to access or qualify for Azure for Students offer, you can consider signing up for an Azure Free Account. If you have created a new subscription with an email with a different subdomain, you might want to check if there was an email notification received for subscription re-activation.
