All of our colleagues are currently unable to create Teams meetings from Outlook. I tried logging in to my email using a browser and was able to create Skype meetings, but now the option is no longer available. Our company changed IT a month ago, and I'm not sure if he created any policies that changed this setting.

It's possible that recent IT changes or policies may have affected your ability to create Teams meetings from Outlook. Check with your IT department to confirm any updates or restrictions that might be causing this issue.

    Hi @Cranbin

    Welcome to our forum!

Based on your description, it seems that all users have this issue. It's recommended that you check with your administrator to see if the Teams and Skype add-ins are disabled.

In addition, you can also go to the File > option > add-ins. Then check that Teams and Skype are ticked. User's image
