I have a question regarding pricing of GPT-3.5-Turbo models, and can't find definitive answer.

This blog post outlines new pricing for GPT-3.5-Turbo:

The way I understand this paragraph is:

gpt-35-turbo and gpt-35-turbo-16k in version 0613 have split pricing between prompt and completion tokens, per the table
gpt-35-turbo version 0301 is priced at $0,002 for 1k total tokens (according to official docs:
https://azure.microsoft.com/en-us/pricing/details/cognitive-services/openai-service/)

What I want to know is whether new pricing model applies only to model versions (0613) or it also applies to older model version (0301).

I see that something changed on the Azure OpenAI pricing page: https://azure.microsoft.com/en-us/pricing/details/cognitive-services/openai-service/.

However, I don't know if that is intended or not, but I feel that the price for the prompt and completion ChatGPT (4k) model is switched. Here, the price is $0.002 for prompt and $0.0015 for completion. On OpenAI platform, it is $0.0015 for prompt and $0.002 for completion.

Isn't this some mistake here?

Hi, I have deployed, model name- gpt-35-turbo
model version- 0613 Capacity- 34K TPM I want to know the pricing for this. Checked the documentation and found it bit of confusing, as gpt3.5 4k and 16k are only mentioned. Please let me know about this.
