Hi, I have some issue with outlook using. The first one is when someone send to my outlook mail, the mail arrived to my archive instead of my inbox. The second one is Every mail received is received from microsoft outlook as shown below. What happening in my mail, i didn't change anything. User's image

    Please kindly understand that the Outlook tag here we mainly focus on general issues about Outlook desktop client. Judging by the screenshots, it looks like you're using OWA. What is your account type?

    In the case of an individual Outlook.com account, it's suggested that you could post your case in dedicated forum for Outlook.com for more professional advice.

    Are all emails sent to the archive folder? Please check the rule and filter settings, you can review existing rules, and modify or delete any rules that are causing the issue.

    The second one is Every mail received is received from microsoft outlook as shown below.

    Based on the image you sent, it appears that your message was rejected by the recipient's email provider. It usually happens when a message is detected as automatically forwarded, and the outbound spam filter policy blocks that activity.
