    From the screenshot you provided, the MailTips shows three large groups. 191959-image.png

    According to my test, the color of the name of the distribution list name changes, which means that the organization enables the MailTips.

    You can check if MailTips are enabled in your organization by using Exchange Online PowerShell. Here is the command:

    Get-OrganizationConfig | fl Mailtips*

    As can be seen some lists are purple and some are black, and we are trying to understand why.
