how can get the renewal link to my active certifications please ?

hello, I thing that an renewal summary repport had been sent to a wrong email address. . my profile was link to a previous email address that is not used anymore. I've updated my contact email address now. but i think that it's too late. an email may had been sent with renewal links. now I would like to know how to get alinks to renew my active certification. it's urgent because my certifications expires next month please.
