Hello,

following the recent application of the manager attribute to a large group of users, we've observed the appearance of new "Team: Username" calendars in their Outlook Client calendar views. These calendars contain all Users assigned to the designated manager. While recognizing the value of improved team visibility, we've received feedback from numerous end users expressing concern about calendar clutter caused by these additional entries. While we've identified the option to disable individual calendar views within the Outlook client, we're interested in exploring the possibility of implementing a tenant-wide solution to offer a more streamlined experience for our users.

This is a pure client-side feature, there are no tenant-wide settings to control. You can however deploy a GPO/reg key to disable it on any managed devices: https://www.slipstick.com/exchange/remove-team-calendars-from-outlooks-navigation-pane/
