Certificate not found in microsoft certification portal

Hi Team, Good day,   I would like to bring to your notice about an issue that I faced after clearing the MB-300 MICROSOFT DYNAMICS 365: CORE FINANCE AND OPERATIONS exam.   I had successfully completed the certification exam on Feb 1st 2024 but the certificate is not available under my Microsoft certification profile. Kindly, provide me with a lead to resolve the issue ASAP.
