Welcome to Microsoft Q&A Forum, Thank you for posting your query here!
The license file enables your Docker container to run when it isn’t connected to the internet. It also contains an expiration date, after which the license file is invalid to run the container. You can only use the license file in corresponding approved container. More info here.
Please be aware that the disconnected container proof-of-concepts are valid for three months. After this period, customers are required to acquire an annual license for disconnected use. Should they wish to extend their POC, they can transition to a connected environment, maintaining all functionality with on-premise processing, except for internet connectivity required solely for billing purposes. Once prepared for deployment, they can proceed to purchase the disconnected license.
Sharing some of the useful links here if that helps.
How do I get access to disconnected container?
How long does it take to approve my application to access disconnected containers?
How do I download the disconnected containers?
Hope this helps.
