Hello family,

We are also facing the 80180006 error when users sign into Windows 10 and 11 computers with our work accounts. We have tried several methods from Google. Finally, we follow ribish's suggestion in this post: Error code :80180006 https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/answers/questions/1488480/error-code-80180006?comment=answer-1425102&page=1#comment-1487168

Totally turning off WIP scope, leaving only MDM user scope within Entra as below fixed the issue. Hope this can help if you have the same issue.

    Hi,

    Problem/Symptom:

Get the 80180006 error when users sign into Windows 10 and 11 computers with the work accounts. Solution/Workaround:

Totally turn off WIP scope, leaving only MDM user scope on within Entra fixed the issue.

Or you can just open this direct shortcut to that spot: https://entra.microsoft.com/#view/Microsoft_AAD_IAM/MdmList.ReactView Now open "Microsoft Intune", and ensure the top "MDM" function is set to "ALL" and that the bottom section for "WIP" is set to "None".

Thanks again for your time. Have a nice day!

    Best regards,

    Simon
