Bonjour, j'ai un gros problème mon ordinateur est bloqué sur bitlocker il me demande la clé de récupération et premier problème je ne peut récupérer ma clé sur Microsoft le message est le suivant: Un problème est survenu. Patientez un instant, puis réessayez. Si le problème persiste nous contacter. second problème je ne peut écrire que des chiffres sur et non des lettres bitlocker
