Is there a limit to how many Microsoft accounts you can create at a time? I am planning on using Microsoft Onedrive to use 1 Microsoft account to create a shared folder and then share it to 7 other Microsoft accounts. These 8 accounts have not been created as of yet. I wanted to create each of these accounts under each user's work email. Each account will be used for its own person on the team. So, there is 8 people, and I want to create a Microsoft account for each person. I am wanting to save them the time of creating these accounts and setting them up, so I want to create all 8 of these accounts myself and setup the shared folder myself. Is there a limit to how many accounts you can create at a time. I am asking this because I tried to do this with Google Drive, and after I created these accounts about an hour later, the accounts got locked down because I created too many accounts at a time. With this headache, I have decided to change to using Microsoft Onedrive to share the folder. Before I created all the Microsoft accounts to do this, I wanted to make sure that I was not violating any terms when creating all the accounts, so that they do not get locked down. Can I create these 8 accounts and not worry about them being locked down or disabled?

    Hi @Craig

Please refer to Harry Stevens's reply in thread: Daily Microsoft account creation limit.

"The limit creation of Microsoft Accounts is designed to deter hackers from creating multiple email addresses and use it for 'spam', or to 'reserve' names that aren't going to be used at all. Currently, there is a creation limit of 3 Microsoft Accounts, per Day, per IP Address."
