I have also asked this question on the Microsoft Community. I use the Phone Link app. The app works satisfactorily, but the problem is that my mobile phone notifies me about connecting to my PC about 4 times per hour. I have received a response from the commuity that the problem is related to power management, and that it needs to be changed in the power management options in the Bluetooth drivers. I have gone to Device Manager and I see that there are many different Bluetooth drivers there. I have been told to click on properties and select power management plan. The problem is that there is no power management option under properties. What can I do about this problem to avoid such frequent notifications on my mobile phone?

(Assuming android, and depending on your version...) On your phone, open settings, then Apps & notifications, then notifications, then "See all from last 7 days", change the "Most recent" dropdown to All apps. Scroll down and look for "Link to Windows", deselect the toggle switch.
