Mails and sub folders missing in inbox in Outlook compared to GMAIL

I've tried to use many of the methods out there to solve this problem but no luck yet !

I've set up a new machine and installed what I need and now Outlook is to be set up to GMail account as POP ... NOT IMAP !

It seems to work, but I'm missing a lot of mails and all my sub folders in the Inbox - I can see them in GMail on the web but NOT in Outlook.

I've tried for severel times and every time I mis all the sub folders and the mails for the last 5-6 month !

What is wrong here ?

As I said I have run POP for years and NEVER had problems like what I have now - OK, if it's a change in Outlook then OK, that it.

But I can't mark an answer as "Accept answer" when I can se on my screen that what the "answer" say is NOT what I see on my screen !

I works nicely on my wifes computer and I've now VASTED so much time on this BS that I stop here.

    Thx for your time.

POP doesn't support downloading contents of subfolders.
You'll have to use IMAP if you want to do this:

    Hi @KeldSor ,

First of all, really sorry about all the inconvenience you have encountered.

I agree with what @Andy David - MVP mentioned above, POP doesn't support downloading contents of subfolders. Here are some similar threads of this issue I found, you could also get this via their comments and answers.
POP Mail Folders are not showing
Inbox folders missing under POP3 Account

Besides, glad to hear that you have already nearly got it to work, manually adding these subfolders is indeed a feasible workaround. Also, please remember to back up your datafiles of pop email accounts, those manually created folders will not be synced and only stored locally.

By the way, would you mind marking a helpful reply you think as answer so that others who might have a similar question can benefit from your thread? Thanks for your understanding and support.

    Best regards.
