Can the user find these files on SharePoint site directly? You can check if someone removed his permissions on these files although they were created by the user.

I'm using Copilot through Edge to find some documents in the company's SharePoint, and I can find files created by a coworker but he tries the same way (with the same prompt or modifying) and he doesn't find the documents created by himself.
My company profile was created a few months ago and his profile is much older (a few years).
Do you know why? Could you help with any "parametres"
