Is there a ISO download of Windows 10 Build 19045 avaliable?

I'm trying to get a fresh installation of Windows 10 19045, is there still a download in the Windows Insider Program?

Hi. I am trying to do a repair install of Windows 10 according to https://www.tenforums.com/tutorials/16397-repair-install-windows-10-place-upgrade.html. Unfortunately it fails. The tutorial says that it will fail if one does not use a version of Windows that is at least as recent as one's installed version. My installed version is 22H2, 19045.5247. When I download and run MediaCreationTool_22H2.exe from Microsoft, and place media on a flash drive, which I did just yesterday, I find that it's version 19041.3803, so perhaps it's not surprising that the repair install fails. So the question remains, where can I get 19045, if a download from Microsoft doesn't give it to me? I am downloading from Portugal, could that be a factor?

Hello, were you able to find a solution? Currently dealing with the same issue, my windows version is 10.0.19045 and the mediacreationtool gives me an older 19041 versions so it keeps failing.

Hello

Windows 10 19045 is Windows 10 22H2 version.

It is the latest official Windows 10 version.

You could download it directly.

Please see my comment above. Downloading from Microsoft gives 19041, not 19045!
