Descargo el SSMS de SQL lo ejecuto como administrador, pero no me abre el instalador e intentado descargar una version diferente pero no funciona y lo mismo con Visual studio, no se ejecuta el instalador, sin embargo anteriormente lo tenia instalado y si funcionaba.

Try to uninstall all of it.
Go to Settings > Apps > Installed apps and uninstall SSMS and Visual Studio on your computer.
If don't work.
To get more details you may need:
Press the Windows key + R to open the Run dialog box.
Type eventvwr.msc and press Enter to open Event Viewer.
Then click on the error log when you try again to open the software.

I verifiqued if I have any dependency to SQL Server or Visual Studio and I don't have nothing installed about that, so I followed your instructions but the Event Viewer doesn't register any event about SQL, I don't know, what's going on?
I execute the Installer in administrative mode, but it just show me this screen that it said me do you want that this application do changes in your device? and I clicked Accept and nothing happen but the problem is that the Installer of SQL Express works but the SSMS doesn't works.
