How long has this been going on? Are messages from all senders failing or just some?
It could be a server-side problem unless your mailbox is new or there were recent changes that were misconfigured.

My outlook inbox is not receiving emails.
Every time somebody sends me an email, he gets the following message: "The recipient's email system isn't accepting messages now. Please try resending this message later or contact the recipient directly".
I need my inbox badly. What is the problem? Is this a Microsoft glitch or bug?

At 6 pm today all my emails started working again although the past two days I’ve not and still not received any emails but just pleased it’s all back to normal at present
