This is regarding error:
"Validation failed. Required information is missing or not valid for following tabs: Properties"
However, there are no fields indicated as required on the Properties tab:
I have confirmed settings are correctly configured on the External Identities collaboration settings according to this reference, but continue to get the validation error above.
Appreciate any help.

I never normally fill that in but entering 999-999-9999 resolved the issue. ( I then when back and removed the number and it worked then) Not sure why that became a required field ??

The accepted answer of adding numbers in the business phone field, tabbing out, going back to the field and removing the phone fixed the issue. It's some odd bug and we should all be reporting this in our Admin Center so Microsoft is aware. Please do this so they can fix this. https://admin.microsoft.com/#/servicehealth/:/reportanissue

I returned to the Basics page and toggled the "Send invite message" on. The Invite button then became active (even after I then returned to toggle off "Send invite message". I was able to create the user.

Cleared the number from the form and the previous error appears.
