Missed to attend the online exam 204 and I am unable to cancel or re-schedule a new one. Could this be reverted ?

Reschedule and cancellation policy
If you fail to show up for your exam appointment or you don't reschedule or cancel your appointment at least 24 hours prior to your scheduled appointment, you forfeit your entire exam fee. Business days are Monday-Friday, not including Pearson VUE global holidays.
