Regarding Transferability of Windows 10 LTSC OS License

We recently acquired a Windows 10 IOT 2021 LTSC Multileg ESD OEI High End (SKU: MUT-00074) OS license, and I'm reaching out to inquire about its transferability. We're particularly interested in knowing if this license can be transferred to another device in an official way.
