I could not select free tier in the pricing type

When I try to create a Translator with the region 'West Europe', I am unable to select the 'free tier' plan. I receive the following message:

The free version (F0) for this resource type is already being used by your subscription and therefore is not displayed in the dropdown list below.

However, this is no longer the case. All items within 'Deleted resources' have also been cleaned up. Additionally, I have logged out and logged back in several times, but unfortunately, this did not help.

How can I resolve this?

    Hello @StevenMINDD , Thanks for using Microsoft Q&A Platform.

    There is a limit of only one allowed 'Free' account, per resource type, per subscription.

    The issue could be due to an existing Free tier resource that has already been created in that particular resource region.

    The workarounds would be trying different region or deleting the existing one and choosing different region or upgrading the Free pricing tier to standard tier if quota is utilized. Please always choose the best that fits with your subscription limits and needs.
