Based on the information provided by you during the thread creation, we understand that you are not able to select Concierge Subscription from the portal.
Please follow the below troubleshoot steps to issue get resolved:
- Activate the sandbox from the learn path.
- Go to the Azure portal at https://portal.azure.com/#settings/directory
- Select the directory you want to switch to from the list of directories.
4.Once you have selected the directory, you should be able to switch to it.
